WhatsApp Business Platform Pricing Explained

24-Hour Customer Service Window

When a customer messages your business, a 24-hour customer service window opens. Free-form replies may be sent during this window. Until 30 September 2026, eligible service replies and in-window utility messages remain free under the current pricing rules. From 1 October 2026, delivered service replies and in-window utility messages will be billed per message according to the applicable recipient market and provider rate.

Per-Delivered-Message Pricing

WhatsApp Business Platform charges apply when eligible business messages are delivered. Pricing varies by message category, recipient market, message volume where applicable, and the selected BSP or technology-provider route.

Clear Cost Separation

WAB2C platform subscriptions cover software and platform features. WhatsApp message charges are billed separately through the applicable BSP or technology-provider channel.

For Pakistan, WAB2C's currently listed provider rate for service messages is PKR 2 per delivered message from 1 October 2026, subject to provider and WhatsApp Business Platform pricing updates.
